しかし会計が複雑なのか全て有人レジで常駐している店員が少なく、混雑してきても店員同士の呼び出し等も無いため会計に時間が掛かる。
時代に合わせて、セルフレジなど無人会計を取り入れるべきではないか

レンタルと本、文具がそれぞれ最低限あるかなという印象です。
The TSUTAYA area is not so big because it is attached to Shiratori.
I have the impression that there are at least rentals, books, and stationery.

塗装が全部剥げてしまっていて全く読めないのですが、店員には外のボックスに書いてあるの読んで入れてくださいね？と言われました。
レンタルする際にそういうことは言ってほしいし、自分の目で外のボックス見てから言えって思いました。
また、ホームページの返却ボックスについて記されてるところに注意書きとかしてほしい。そのぐらいは別に難しくないと思うんだけどね・・・
