★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場が広く、近くにお店や飲食店もあるので、買い物にも便利だと思います。又、こちらの店舗ではクレジットカードも利用出来る様です。

店員さん
は、中国人がほとんどで日本語を伝えるのに、少し不安がなきにしもあらず。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今ではその広さは当たり前になっている感のある、五井にあるツタヤやこの10年で増えた他の大型のツタヤに比べれば、（辰巳台店は）古いので店としては小さい。しかし、その狭さに似合わず、五井店や他のツタヤではあまり目にすることのない珍しい作品がある。甥と利用することが多いので、他の店舗にない古い子供向けのDVDを借りることも。18禁とかそういう意味ではなく大人向けのアニメ等も充実している。当然流行りのものや話題作も置いてあるので、個人的には重宝させてもらってます。
Compared to Tsutaya in Goi and other large-sized Tsutaya that has increased in the last 10 years (Tatsumidai store), it is small as a store because it is commonplace nowadays. However, there are rare works that do not fit in the narrowness and are rarely seen in Goi stores and other Tsutaya. I often use it with my nephew, so I can rent DVDs for older children that are not available at other stores. 18 It's not forbidden or something like that, but there are plenty of anime for adults. Of course, there are also popular and topical works, so I personally find them useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のTSUTAYAに比べると建物は古く、いつもお客さんが少ないイメージ。駐車場もコインパーキングなので入ったり出るのが少し面倒に感じる！（90分無料だからお金がかかることは無いです♪）でも、五井店には在庫がないレンタル品が置いてあることがあるのでたまに行きます！クーポンを出したら、え、これどうやってやるのかわからないと言われ…隣にいた店員にあなたわかる？と聞いたら、え？わからない…と言ってて不安になったけど、奥にいた店員さんはしっかりとわかっていたので安心しました（笑）でも、店員さんの対応も悪い訳では無いです(;°ロ°)また五井店にないレンタル品があったら辰巳を利用します♪
Compared to other TSUTAYA, the building is older and the image is always smaller. The parking lot is also a coin parking lot, so entering and exiting is a little troublesome! (It's 90 minutes free so it doesn't cost you money ♪) However, I sometimes go to the Goi store because some rental items are out of stock!
