古	古谷あい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とある特典付き商品（同一シリーズ複数）が欲しかったため来店したところ、「特典は残ってるが商品がない」とのことで購入できませんでした。入荷も未定だと言われました。数日後、行く前に在庫があるかどうか電話してからの方が安心だと思い、聞いたところ「一部商品はないが、特典はすべて残ってるが数が少ない」とのことだったので、仕方ないと思いつつ再度来店しました。目当てだった最新の商品は在庫があると聞いていましたが棚になく、店員さんに裏から持ってきていただきましたが、印象が悪かったです。対応が雑でした。他にも店側のミスに気づき、怒りが湧いたので何も買わずに店を出ました。ただでさえ手に入りにくい特典なのに、店側の受注ミスなのか、買えなかったのがショックです。特典より多めに商品を用意しておくのが普通なのではないでしょうか？特典だけ残っていても意味がないと思います。客に対する気遣いが足りないと感じました。また行きたいとは思えません。 When I came to the store because I wanted a product with a certain privilege (multiple products in the same series), I could not purchase it because "the privilege remains but there is no product". さ	さとーえな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍なのでお会計をトレーで済ませることがルール決めされているらしいのですが、若めの女性の定員さんの声が小さいのと店内のBGM、他のお客さんの声などで聞こえにくく、何か言われたが内容が理解できず、聞き返そうとして少しもたついていたら睨まれたのですぐ離れたくてお金を机の上に置いてしまったら強い口調、大声で「トレーの上にお願いします。」と言われてしまい、その上ため息までつかれました。その時顔を見たらガン飛ばされてるようにしか見えず、目が合わせられなかったです。娯楽で来ているのにこんなに嫌な気持ちになるとは思いませんでした。店内BGMや他のお客さんの会話などはどこのアニメイトでも同じですが、2度目に言われた時は会計を済ませて少し離れた所で待っていた友達も聞こえたくらいの声量だったのでこういう人を雇うのならせめてレジ付近のBGMを小さくするか、レジ担当を変えて欲しいくらいです。グッズの品揃えなどに関しては私がド田舎に住んでいるからという事もありますがなかなか見かけないマイナーなキャラまで見かけたので沢山揃えたい時に足を運ぼうと思います。 It seems that it is a rule to finish the checkout with a tray because it is a corona disaster, but it is difficult to hear because the voice of the young woman's capacity is small and the BGM in the store, the voice of other customers, etc. I was told, but I couldn't understand the contents, and when I was trying to listen back, I was glared at me, so if I wanted to leave immediately and put the money on the desk, a strong tone, loudly "Please put it on the tray.
