★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酒田唯一のTSUTAYA。ゆたかのTSUTAYAはなくなりましたのでここしかないわけですが、まあ普通ですよ。
駐車のしづらさを考えればゆたかより劣ります。
 Sakata's only TSUTAYA. Yutaka's TSUTAYA is gone, so it's only here, but it's normal.
Considering the difficulty of parking, it is inferior to Yutaka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CDレンタルしたのですが、曲の1番良い所で音飛びし、その日のうちに返して来ました。同じ2枚目のCDも音飛びし、再度店に返しましたが、店員さんは謝罪もなく何か割引とかお詫びもなく、サービスと対応の悪さを感じました。
I rented a CD, but skipped the sound at the best place of the song and returned it that day. The same second CD also skipped and returned to the store again, but the clerk felt no service and no response, no apology, no discounts or apologies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ボカロ等を借りたい方にはあまりオススメしません。(歌い手なども)
種類が豊富で大体のものは借りれると思います！
これは人によりますが、この店に行くと必ずと言っていいほどトイレに行きたくなるので、行く前にトイレを済ませた方がいいですよ笑
Not recommended for those who want to borrow Vocaloid. (Singer etc.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いろいろと不親切です。DVDの配置がぐちゃぐちゃだったり、吹き替えがないDVDが分かりずらい。
日本語吹き替えないなら、DVDのどっかに書いてて欲しい。
あと、店員の態度もイマイチ。セルフレジのがよっぽど優秀です。
Various things are unfriendly. The arrangement of DVDs is messy, and it is difficult to understand DVDs without dubbing.
If you don't dubb it in Japanese, please write it somewhere on the DVD.
Also, the attitude of the clerk is not good. The self-checkout is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前にうちの母が脳梗塞になり一命はとりとめ
5日後になんとか喋れるまでに回復した時、
韓国ドラマのDVDの返却日に倒れたのでTSUTAYAに返してきてと言われた。それも5枚・・1週間98円で借りたが延滞料は1枚につき300円/日かかるようだ。
店に行き延滞料のレジの金額が加算されていくのを涙目で見ながら
とうとう金額が7000円すぎたあたりでの店員さんとの会話、
店員「催促のお電話したんですがなかなか出られなくて～」
俺「すみませ～～ん(泣)、本人が倒れて入院してしまって・・」
といった瞬間、店員さんが神妙な顔でどこかへ・・・
数分後、店長さんと一緒に表れて、「そういうことでしたら、お代は結構ですよ。なかなか電話に出られないからこちらも心配してたんです」と店長さんが神に見えるお言葉をいただきました。
そういう決まりなのかもしれないけれど、こんな良心的で親近感を感じる店員さんがいて、心が温まるお店が酒田にまだ残ってると感激しました。ゆたか店は閉店してしまいましたが、ここだけは閉店せず残ってほしい。利用していない俺が言うことではないと思いますが。。。

The Yutaka store has closed, but I want you to stay here without closing. I don't think it's what I'm not using. .. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前はネットで動画をレンタルしてましたが、通信が安定しないので結局ツタヤでDVD借りてます。良いタイミングで映像が止まる！みたいな事が無いのは良いですね。
I used to rent videos online, but since communication is not stable, I ended up renting a DVD at Tsutaya. The video stops at the right time! It is good that there is no such thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔からあるレンタルビデオ屋、古くなったレンタル品が低価格で買えるワゴンセール等があるのでちょっと好き。
駐車場は入口と出口が決められていますが、守らない人もいて混みあいます。隣接する道路は狭めで交通量も多い生活道路です。混む時間帯を避けるなど工夫して付き合っていけると良いお店だと思えるでしょう。
常連になるとけっこう融通を聞かせて貰えます※安くしろとか無茶はいけませんよ
I like it a little because there are old rental video shops and wagon sales where you can buy old rental items at a low price.
The parking lot has a fixed entrance and exit, but some people do not keep it and it is crowded. The adjacent road is a narrow and busy living road. I think it's a good shop if you can get along with each other by avoiding busy hours.
If you become a regular customer, you will be given a lot of flexibility.
