★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing I noticed when I went inside - it smells just like the ones back home in the U.S. (so did the one in Morioka!). Since we don't have them in the U.S. anymore, I'll spend some time in this one next time I'm in Iwate.
Oh, the store is GREAT! Just like any other Toys R Us - fantastic selection of Toys abd games. Prices about what you would expect, but - I no longer have a toy store near me in Louisiana so this place is be a real treat. Can't wait to bring my grandson there!
Lots of Gundam model kits, great videogame selection, action figures, etc. Staff is AMAZINGLY helpful but be prepared to speak Japanese if you need their assistance. They were very friendly and very happy to help me find what I needed.
