新作は豊富だけど、旧作の品揃えがいまいちなのが残念です
新旧作問わず4本1000円なのは、新作が沢山見れてうれしいプランです。(前は5本だったからもっと良かった)
二階への階段が急なので、子連れは気をつけて下さい。
あと、細かい所ですが子供に飴をくれるので、子供は結構嬉しそうです。

As the stairs to the second floor are steep, please be careful with your children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 読みたいマンガがどこに置いてあるかわからなくて店員さんに聞いたらすぐに探して見つけてきてくれました。お仕事忙しいのにとっても丁寧に対応してくださって嬉しかったです。
I didn't know where the manga I wanted to read was located, so when I asked the clerk, he immediately searched for it and found it. Even though I was busy with work, I was glad that he responded politely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分が行ったTSUTAYAの店舗でも1・2を争う、最低な店舗。
中古DVDがパッケージだけで中身は入ってないし、店員の対応も不誠実。
駅から近いというぐらいしかメリットは無く、訪れることは全く推奨しない。
Even the TSUTAYA store I went to is the worst store that competes for 1 and 2.
The used DVD is only a package and does not contain any contents, and the clerk's response is dishonest.
The only merit is that it is close to the station, so we do not recommend visiting it at all.

ぎゃくに初めて行くと探すのに一苦労だし検索機械を見つけるのも苦労?
又、TSUTAYAアプリを入れてこの店をお気に入りにしたら三本無料券を貰えるのだが、なんと1日1本にしか使えない。
わざわざ分けてやらなきゃならないのか…？
定員さんの対応は丁寧だと思います。
