★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 常に人が少なくて対応も遅い。1つのレジに行列できても中々応援に来ない。買取りは受付の店員がハズレ(愛想ない・不機嫌そう)だと一気に気分悪くなる。接客業の基本を学び直せ。欲しい本を検索機で探しても、示された場所に本が無い事が3回ほどあった。陳列場所に本の在庫が保管されていないのが見て取れた。信用ならない。
 There are always few people and the response is slow. Even if I can line up at one cash register, I don't come to cheer. If the clerk at the reception is lost (unfriendly / moody), it makes me feel sick at once. Relearn the basics of hospitality. When I searched for the book I wanted with a search machine, there were three times that there was no book in the indicated location. I could see that the inventory of books was not stored at the display location. I can't trust you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんだか物足りない。ほしい商品やレンタルの在庫少ない?ツタヤに行くのは単純に本やゲーム、ドラマ、映画を楽しみたい。漫画の種類も増やしてほしいからワクワクするような場所になってほしい。文房具はよしとして雑貨方面には力いれなくて良いんじゃないかなあ。
あと定員さんもう少し気使ってくださるとありがたいかも。そして全体的に活気がないような気がする。セルフレジで本の購入の仕方分からなくてヘルプを求めようとウロウロしてても定員さん気がつかないし声もかけれる方もおらず対応してくれる方も居なかった。
口コミと言うか個人的な意見です?
Somehow unsatisfactory. Stock of desired products and rentals is low ? Going to Tsutaya simply wants to enjoy books, games, dramas, and movies. I want more types of manga, so I want it to be an exciting place. I think stationery is good and you don't have to put effort into miscellaneous goods.
Also, I would be grateful if you could take care of the capacity a little more. And I feel like it's not lively overall. I didn't know how to buy a book at the self-checkout, and even if I wandered around to ask for help, I didn't notice the capacity, no one could talk to me, and no one responded.
It's a word of mouth or a personal opinion ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レンタルDVDの延滞料金を払う際に、店員の連絡ミスの不手際で、料金を余計に払うはめに。
後日、払い戻してもらったが二度と行かない。
店員の態度なんとかしろ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コミック、雑誌等の書籍担当者の女性がとにかく無愛想で態度が悪い。まともに会話出来ない。値引き品のコーナーの値引き率が、看板で謳っている値引き率と全くあってなかったので「コレ合ってなくないですか？」と聞いたら「はい。」の返事。「表示通りに値引かないのもあるんですか？」にも「はい。」だけ。「じゃあ看板外すか、(1部記載と違う値引き率のモノも有ります)とか書いた方がいいんじゃないですか？」と言おうとしたら、「じゃあ、看板」位まで言った所で無言で立ち去られました。この方には過去も数回無愛想に質問を流された事が有ります。他のお客さんから店にクレームはないんでしょうか？とにかく不快です。
