横もだけど、奥行きもないので、大きい車があると邪魔に思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DVDに傷と勝手に泊数を決められた事があり、それに対して正当なクレームを入れたことがあるが、
後日レジをやって貰ってる際、
手の空いてるデブ店員(勝手に客のレンタル泊数決めるバカ)と頭の悪そうな女店員に、私の事と思われる服装的特徴と私の事をクレームが多い等を、目と鼻の先で陰口を叩かれ笑い者にされました。
そのあと電話でデブちゃん本人に問い詰めたところ、
「そんな話した覚えはない」の一点張り、それどころか「当時デブと女性スタッフ二人しか出勤していなかった」などとウソぶき三人体制前提での出来事だったという私の主張を否定しに掛かり、
かと思えば「少々雑談が過ぎるところが有りまして」と雑談を私に聞かれていた前提で弁解を始めたり。
そもそも彼らの雑談を聞くにはまず私がレジの近くに居ないといけないですし、通り過ぎるだけじゃ内容までは理解出来るハズはありません。三人体制で一人が私の接客をしていないと不可能な事ですから、この時点で最初に主張していた二人しか居なかったというのは「嘘」になります。
お客さんの陰口は言うわ、その場しのぎの嘘はつくわ…
客に対する陰口を無くせなんて無理な事は言いませんけど、無愛想な接客やら、客が近くにいるのにバカ笑いやら、客にバレるような態度取ったらダメでしょ…
安直過ぎて本当に呆れ返ります。
本当にJVAショップコンテストで最優秀大賞なんか獲ったんですかね？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応は概ね良し。駐車場も店もやや狭くてだいぶ古い感じがする。当該店舗以外でもTSUTAYAを利用するに当たりよくあることだけど、予定日前に返却をしたにも関わらず、店側の返却処理を失念されて督促が来た事がある。

セルフレジをやってるときにカウンター内で客の悪口をネタに談笑されると不快な気分になる。それが私の事にしろ他人の事にしろだ。
フタバが潰れて付近に競合がいなくなったから前よりも殿様商売できるのは解るが、社会の一員として倫理的観点からもう少し客商売としてのマナーを省みる事も大事なのではないか？
