M	M3彩の国の on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検で入庫。請求には発煙筒が含まれていたものの実際は交換されておらず期限切れの発煙筒のままであった。指摘すると、火薬系なので郵送できない。次回来店のタイミングでお渡しとのこと。今回は、たかが発煙筒かもしれないが、見えない箇所の重要部品であれば、実際に交換されていなくても、交換したと言われれば正直気が付かない。よって車の整備って本当に信頼の上で成り立っていると思う。ミスは誰にだってあるものだけれど、その後の対応がこれでは誠意も感じられなければ信頼も失墜です。遠方客でもあるまいし…大切にしている車なんで信頼の面で次回お世話になることはないと思います。 Stored at vehicle inspection. T	Toms on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BMW MINIに乗っております。走行中に突然エンジンチェックランプが点灯、セーフモードに入りエンジンが吹けなくなりました。半年前に車検を受けた千葉の某修理工場に電話すると、入庫予約がいっぱいで診断機をつなぐだけでも一ヶ月先になると。困り果ててつたえファクトリーさんに電話をすると、こちらも当日入庫予約で埋まっているにも関わらず、夕方ならなんとか時間作れるかもと誠意あるご対応。診断機を繋ぐだけでなく、点火プラグを入れ替えたりと細かく診ていただいた。結果、タイミングチェーンの交換で入庫となり修理完了後は以前より快調に動いております。他店で購入した車にも関わらず、トラブル時の誠意ある対応には本当に感動しました。スタッフの皆さんも愛想よく、車の受取時には最寄り駅からのお店までの無料送迎まで。今後オイル交換や車検を含め、長いお付き合いをさせていただきたいと思った素晴らしいショップです！ I am on a BMW MINI.
