★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに行ったら品揃えがだいぶ悪くなっていて買いたい物が何にも無かった。前は車両チェックで無料で見てもらえた所も検査料がかかると言われたのでバカらしくなってやめた
 When I went there for the first time in a long time, the product lineup was so bad that I didn't have anything to buy. Before, I was told that an inspection fee would be charged even if I was able to see it for free by checking the vehicle, so I stopped because it seemed stupid.

受付？の男の方が何聞いてもこちらの意図した答えが返ってこず、威圧的な態度だったのでイライラしましたが、車を見ていただいた作業員の皆さんはとても感じがよく、そちらに同じことを質問したらこちらの意図を組んで下さって丁寧に回答いただきました。
人によってかなり差があるなーと思いましたが家からも近いのでまたお世話になるかも？

店員さんが丁寧に対応してくださり、タイヤチェーンの装着実演もしてくださったのでとても良かったです。
動画を撮っておけば良かったと、あとになって思いましたが・・・。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雪が降ってる中ダメ元でタイヤ交換行ってみました。元々冬タイヤ所持でホイールはじっくり好きなの買おうかなと思っていたのでホイールは持っていなかったのですが、ホイール買えば当日取り付けてくれるとのこと。しかも21時半とかにやってくれるとのことだったので、遅くまで申し訳ないと思いつつ、翌日不安だったのでお願いしました。
するとだいぶ時間前倒しになり、18時半過ぎに順番が回ってきて19時過ぎには終わりました。
何年か前、以前の車の時も突如大雪の時でダメ元で行ったら当日やってくれました！
持ち込みは当日やってないそうですが、購入意思が元々あったのでありがたかったです！
また何か困った時はここのオートバックスにお世話になろうと思います！
店員さんはいつも良い人に当たるので皆いい人だなあって思いました！
ピットにいる人達も含めてとても感謝してます！
I tried to change the tires while it was snowing. Originally I had winter tires and I thought I would buy a wheel that I like, so I didn't have a wheel, but if I buy a wheel, it will be installed on the day.
