も	もろーたMORO-TA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しそうな山形そばの看板に目を惹かれますが、太めの蕎麦は残念ながら店舗で手打ちというわけではありません。蕎麦の香りはほぼ感じられず、粉っぽさを感じる味わいで蕎麦湯からもただ粉っぽい香りという印象です。そばの歯応えはそれなりにあるのですが、ゲソ天や天ぷらをつゆにつけてそばと一緒に味わうとそれなりに美味しく感じますが、それぞれ単品では特別な味わいではありません。他の方と同じように丼物のご飯は残念ながら炊いた際の水量配分が多いために、ベチャッとした食感は否定できません。さらに天丼のタレ（少し甘めのたれ）がベチャッとした食感を増してしまうので、サクサクとした美味しい天丼を期待していると、期待感とのギャップが大きくなると思います。支払いは現金のみですし、季節によって蕎麦が美味しくなるわけでもなく、天ぷらも山菜が加わるわけでもないので、仙台市内で食感重視のそばが食べたい場合はおすすめできますが、美味しくはないので次の来店は無いかなと。。。参考になれば幸いです。 I am attracted to the delicious Yamagata soba sign, but unfortunately the thick soba is not handmade at the store.
