その日の「蕎麦」の種類が掲示してある。
手打ちと、機械打ちがあり、同時に食させてもらったら、違いが分かりました。
セットメニューのひとつに、かき揚げ丼げがあり、これもお気に入り。
おかみ手作りの、たまり漬 好きです。煮物がついて来るときもある。
いつも、店内に季節感。心地いい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台に3年ほど居りました。わりと近く(栗生)に居たのでちょくちょく行かせてもらいました。ミニ天丼セットは名前はミニでも天ぷらはしっかり一人前。そして安い。とてもお得なセットでした。またうかがいたいな。(写真は、天ぷらざるそば)

もちろん、ざるそば手打ちを選びました。
割合は不明ですが、おそらく二八でしょう。だからといって小麦粉臭が強いわけでもなく悪くない蕎麦です。
つゆも好みで、バランスが良く、ワサビもおいしかったですね～‼️
仙台で食べるお蕎麦は期待薄なのですが、こちらはまた来たいと思えるお蕎麦屋さんでした。
レジ近くに『今日のお蕎麦』が表示してあり、この日は最上早生＋摩周でした。
蕎麦好きさんは食べる前にチェックした方がいいですね。
自分の場合、会計時に知ったので残念でした。
次回は先にチェックします(笑)

天ぷら蕎麦と天ぷら盛り合わせ。
蕎麦は人それぞれの好みなので、
山しょうさんはいわゆる仙台の蕎麦、だから山形の蕎麦が好きな人には絶対に向かない。
ダシは普通に美味しい。
天ぷらもサクサクで季節の山菜、コシアブラやウドやタラの芽などしっかり押さえてました。
私は山形の蕎麦が、ガッシリとした蕎麦が好きなので2回目は無いと思いますが、
仙台の蕎麦が好きな人にはおすすめです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台茂庭の住宅街にある蕎麦屋 機械うちの蕎麦と手打ち蕎麦があり今回は手打ち蕎麦のミニ天丼付きにしました。少し緑がかった色で蕎麦の風味がある美味しい蕎麦でした。ミニ天丼も具沢山で綺麗に盛り付けされてボリューム充分 揚げ方もちょうど良い塩梅でタレの好みでした。穴場のお店でした。
