料金も良心的で大体予算通りでした。
エンジニアの方も、車についてちっとも分からない私にも分かるように説明して下さり、安心できました。
また車のことで頼らせて頂こうと思います。

女性だからと差別的。とても良心的な対応とは思えませんでした。全く気持ちが入っていない話し方でがっかりです。
When I made an inquiry over the phone, the elderly man who responded was very sullen in the way he chose to speak, which made me feel uncomfortable.
