日本酒の種類がとても豊富

地酒、これは素晴らしい品揃え、飲みたい、飲んでみたい銘柄がズラリ。プレ系は無いものの内容の濃さが重要かと。
料理はだし巻きたまごがふわふわで最高に美味い。
あと、他のお客さん達は気付いているだろうか、何気に盛っ切りの注ぎ方が凄い事に。あの速度でピタリと表面張力ってのは難しく、あまり見かけない技術。出来る人はそう多くないのではないだろうか。
なんにせよ、冷蔵庫で管理された生酒を美味しくいただける店。コロナが収まったならば、じっくり楽しみたいところだ。
