★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンプキン号と言う移送サービスと同義だと言う前提でレビューしますが、非常に電話対応も丁寧で料金も良心的。デフォルトで介助スタッフ2名さんなので、助かります。もちろん補助券使えます。当日は近くの現場で別件があったとのことで、もう1台分のスタッフもヘルプに来てくれて、非常にスムーズでした(これはたまたまなのであまりアピールするとむしろパンプキンさんに迷惑かも)。
近場の病院と言うわけでもないのに、近くで待っててくれたのか、帰りも電話したらすぐに迎えに来てくれたようです。前に別の会社さんでお願いしたときも別に不満はなかったのですが、今回の福祉移送サービス(パンプキン号)さんがそれ以上に素晴らしい対応をしてくださったので、また利用させていただきたいものです。
