いつも使うルートで13000円のところ16000円取られました。運転手は料金シミュレーション見せても、タクシー内のナビ上の距離で料金計算して合わない旨伝えても何も知らない、何もしてないの一点張り、会社に電話しても私は知らない
年寄りだらけで運転も荒く高速で風がないのに風に煽られてるかのような運転したり
経路等、話しかける度に後ろ振り向くと同時に車線はみ出したりと怖くて仕方ないです
二度と使いません
