場所がわかりにくいのが難点ですが、そんなに行くこともないので。

自社ビルも新築後30年位になりますが、1階には飲食店が4店(中華料理店が2店、牛丼店1店、居酒屋1店)、2階・3階には飲食店の他に店舗があり、活況ですね。
近隣のアパート管理や駐車場管理が多いので、覗いてみると良い物件にあたるかもしれませんね。
社員はちょっと無愛想に見えますが、親切に対応してくれます。
富士見市周辺のことなら相談してみると良いと思います。
