S	S “しゃる” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当に酷い。修繕費とクリーニング費用と言われて75000円支払ったのにも関わらず追加でお風呂場の錆やカビ、トイレの汚れ等の費用を払えと言ってきた。壊れた部分を払うのは仕方ないが、クリーニング費用と修繕費と称して支払っているのに更にお金を取ろうとするその精神が凄い。管理費も支払っているのに何度言っても駐輪場の電気もつけない。入居してすぐからあちこち故障していて何度業者を呼んで直したかわからない。うちが捨てていないゴミをうちのせいにされ、本当に不快だった。うちじゃないものはうちじゃないのにヤクザのように説教。うちのものではないし、そもそも2週間以上も前に退去してるのにどうやって捨てると？ゴミを漁って調査したと言っていたが、コンプライアンス的に大丈夫なのか？他の住人の個人情報も勝手にベラベラと喋っていたが、個人情報を大切にしない会社なんですね。勝手にゴミを漁って生理用品や社外秘の書類が出てきたらどうするんですかね。集合住宅なんていろんな人が住んでるのに。あちこち引っ越して色々な所に住みましたが、ここの不動産屋が過去最低でした。 Really terrible.
