駐車場がないです。路駐するとタイヤやられるそうですのでご注意ください。
 Waves are struck on the embankment and it's fluttering. It was just that place.
There is no parking lot. Please note that tires will be damaged if you park on the road.

2018年1月時点、堤防工事は終わっているようですが、通行止めされたままです。
駐車スペースなし。
波が高いと被るし、満潮時は突堤自体に行けない？危険防止かな？
はまなす公園の展望台と相互に見える。
銅像を見るだけなら星2つ。津波対策の堤防や砂の流出対策、海の風景を考えて星4つだが、駐車場かないのと漂着ゴミの多さで星3つ。

As of January 2018, the embankment work seems to have been completed, but it is still closed.
No parking space.
If the waves are high, you will suffer, and at high tide, can you not go to the jetty itself? Is it danger prevention?
It is visible from the observation deck of Hamanasu Park.
Two stars if you just look at the statue. There are 4 stars in consideration of tsunami countermeasures, sand runoff, and seascape, but 3 stars because there is no parking lot and there is a lot of trash.

東と北方向は比較的光害が少ないので、このような写真も撮れます。
2021年3月現在でも駐車スペースがほとんどない状態です。
観光整備する予定が無くなっただろうね。
Since the southwestern direction is an industrial area, there is considerable light pollution.
Since there is relatively little light pollution in the east and north directions, you can take pictures like this.

I stopped by during the touring. There are surfers and anglers here. Talking to an angler, it looks like it's no good today because the weather is nice and the water is clear. Where you want cloudiness or turbidity. Headlands are connected here to prevent erosion of the beach, and there is a rip current, so swimming here is fatal ❗?♂️ and ? I wish there was a toilet
