見積もり金額にびっくりして迷っていたところ法律事務所に勤める知人にフクギさんを紹介してもらいました。担当のIさんは若くて探偵のような方に見えなかったのですが、２時間も話を聴いてくれて、予算の範囲内で調査を提案していただきました。調査開始後も私が心配しないように連絡を頂くなど丁寧でした。
お恥ずかしながら夫は業務時間外に顧客のアフターフォローで対応していたことが判り杞憂に終わりました。またお願いすることはない方がいいのですが、何かあったらまたお願いしたいですし、信頼できるとお伝えしたいです。PS/Ｉさんは代表者さんだったんですね！本当にありがとうございました！

元々口ベタな為、なかなか言いたいことが言葉にできませんでしたが、所長さんが一生懸命こちらの要望を聞き取ろうとしてくれているのが伝わってきて、時間は掛かりましたがしっかりと要望を伝えることができました。
実際に調査が始まってからも結果報告を頂く前からこまめに進捗状況などを知らせて頂けたので、不安はありませんでした。
難しい用語などを使わずに分かりやすく説明してくれるなど、親身になって対応して頂けたので、初めてでも安心してお任せできました。
探偵社に依頼をするというのは勇気がいりましたが、こちらにお願いして良かったなと思います。

相談時は何時間も親身に話を聞いてくれたり、電話やlineでも常に気持ちのいい優しい対応をしてくれました。ついつい脱線して趣味などの話になってしまっても明るく付き合って頂き、悩んでばかりだった日々が馬鹿らしくなる程気持ちが楽になりました。
