This bowl of Tsukuda boiled rice cake ️ The best. Of course the price is great, but I have received other shops, but I liked this one the most. There is a feeling of eating soaring rice cake now, and a small luxury spreads in my mouth and I am very satisfied. Tarako is also delicious. Exquisiteness that is not too sweet. But it ’s 佃 ️. “Why do you want to boil this soup? “I was not interested in simmering at all, but I liked it. In the past, it was said that deep seasoning with the meaning of preservation began, and it is contrary to the fresh feeling in the era when it is not difficult to get anything fresh while it is now, but with warm rice or tea pickles When the condensed umami is warmed up, the feeling of melting out will bring out a different taste. It is not cheap at all, so I sometimes buy it as a reward for myself. There are other traditional simmered sardines on Yeouido, so if you have a chance, I would like to try them.

I have been using it from time to time. It is the best to accompany rice such as Ami, leaf pepper, and Denbu. You will also be pleased with the souvenirs. The shop is also friendly.

I bought clams, tuna kakuni, and shellfish tsukudani. You can buy as much as you like by selling grams. The price is a little high, but the taste is certain. It goes very well with white rice.

Founded in the late Edo period, Tenpo 8 (1837). After the Honnoji Incident, fishermen from Tsukuda Village in Osaka provided a boat to Ieyasu Tokugawa, and after the successful escape plan to Mikawa, 33 fishermen were called to Edo after Ieyasu opened the Edo Shogunate. Given a place of residence. Therefore, this place was named Tsukudajima after his hometown Tsukudamura. The shop is an old Japanese house, and you can enjoy a time-slip atmosphere. There are about 20 kinds of tsukudani, and the staff are also nice veterans with smiles. The taste is great, and it's perfect for sake, rice, and souvenirs! It is a taste that can only be obtained here because it is not in the department store. The neighborhood is also the best place to take a walk, including The downtown and Sumida River. Please come and visit us! The Tsukudani in the photo is a set of 6 types (for 2100 yen).

Tsukudani restaurant that has been around since the Edo period. What I repeat at this shop is "Tarako 100g 1250 yen". Cheonan's cod roe simmered is very delicious because it has a good balance of sweet and spicy. The pictures of the house are "Tarako" and "Namaami". ■ History memo The story goes back to "Honnoji Incident". At this time, the ancestors of the people of Tsukuda Island provided fishing boats to the desperate "Tokugawa Ieyasu". They were fishermen in Tsukuda Village, Nishinari District, Settsu. (Currently Tsukuda, Nishiyodogawa Ward) Thanks to this, Ieyasu was able to safely return to Okazaki from Sakai. They were allowed to settle in Tsukuda Island because they were Ieyasu's lifesaver. Not only that, he also had the right to fish freely and the privilege of exemption from annual tribute. That's why the people of Tsukudajima who lived with the privilege of covering the kitchen in Edo Castle. Because it was a remote island, there was a shortage of food at the time of shike. Therefore, he seems to have made Tsukudani that is effective for preservation. At first, it was boiled in salt, but since soy sauce came from Chiba, we can now boil it in soy sauce. It was popular as a side dish even in Edo city. Tsukudani shops that have been around since the Edo period are still lined up in the historic land, creating an emotional townscape.

The oldest tsukudani restaurant that still exists in Tsukudani. The area around this shop is originally the Tsukuda Island part, and the appearance of Edo such as waterways, bridges, shrines, plots and alleys remains strong. If you buy Tsukudani as a souvenir, you can enjoy the memories of your walk later. There are seasonal ingredients that are hard to find at supermarkets, so it seems interesting to visit each season.

A shop I found while taking a walk on the Sumida River Terrace during lunch break. There are several long-established Tsukudani restaurants in this area. I spent many times passing by, but after all I was attracted by the smell of Tsukudani and tried to enter Cheonan. As expected, there is only a long-established store that has been around since the Edo period, and there are many types, and they all look delicious. On this day, I bought 100g of clams and bonito. It was delicious with plenty of white rice ?. It's indispensable for Japanese dining table!
