j	joy highlook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在、賃貸契約中です。昨年、物件の老朽化で修理をしたにもかかかわらず自己で負担した分をいつまで経っても補償してくれません。全く返答もなくいつもこちらから連絡をしても担当者は外出の為、折り返し連絡させます。の繰り返し。そして連絡は全然こない。こんないい加減な不動産に仲介なんてしてもらわなければよかったと後悔してます。仲介料を取るならキチンと誠意ある対応をしてくれる不動産屋を通して契約した方がいいですね。 We are currently in a rental contract. 東	東雲春人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低最悪の不動産屋今まで複数の不動産業者と契約してきましたがここはダントツで最低最悪。多くの個人情報を取り扱う仕事にも関わらず担当者からウィルスが添付されたメールが送られてきてこれはどういう事か問い合わせるも全く何の返答も無し。これでパソコン一台ダメになりました。さらに契約に関しても契約前に説明すべきことを隠蔽し、契約後カギを渡すタイミングで告知するなど悪質、不正のオンパレード。各種問い合わせへのレスポンスも非常に遅く何度も催促してやっと連絡が来る。部屋のクリーニング代も他社の数倍取るくせに入居時食洗器がカビだらけなど取るだけ取って清掃してないのでは？と疑うレベル。近隣に複数店舗があるので大手でしっかりしてるのかと思ったのが間違いでした。ここでしか取り扱えない物件でどんなにいい物件があったとしても二度とこことは契約しない。本当に契約後後悔しかないのでこことは取引しない事をおすすめします。 Worst worst real estate agent I have contracted with multiple real estate agents so far, but this is by far the worst.
