People that can read Japanese, don't underestimate the menu of ‘TEISHOKU’. That surprised us. The rice was cooked with the special pot, the grilled tuna (ABURI) was just right doneness and the quality, presentation, and quantity are perfect. The service and ambience is wonderful. I definitely come back here again. Don't be afraid to say "set meal" on the menu! Rice is cooked in a kettle after ordering meals. The finished product is shiny rice and exquisite. The food (fish) is of good quality, the presentation is good, the quantity is sufficient, the service is good, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is good! I will visit you again. s	satoshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープン３日目にお邪魔しました。コースはありませんがお任せでお願いしました。個人的に日本酒は好きですがあまり詳しくなく、新政というプレミア日本酒はお初です。お刺身、焼き魚、あん肝などなど、ハズレなしの料理が沢山。鯖の押し寿司は大きくて食べごたえハンパないです。ブリしゃぶとブリの釜飯、天丼はお任せ以外に追加して少しずつみんなでシェア。寿司屋で握りなしで楽しんだイメージ。何食べても美味しかったです！ご馳走さまでした！ I visited you on the 3rd day of the opening. There is no course, but I asked for it. Personally, I like sake, but I'm not very familiar with it, and I'm new to Aramasa's premier sake.
