★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 月見坂即中尊寺的参道，这条上山的步道长1公里多，坡度不算很陡，沿途有多处寺院等建筑，也有远眺平泉景色的观景台。
 Tsukumi-zaka is the approach road to Chuson-ji Temple. This uphill trail is more than 1 km long and the slope is not very steep. There are many temples and other buildings along the way, and there is also an observation deck overlooking the scenery of Hiraizumi.

中尊寺まで、始めからだと、20分くらい歩けば着きます。途中でトイレもあるので便利。
Not so steep path,so it’s easy to going up n approach to Chusonji even if you are the elderly.
There is a bathroom on the way to Chusonji temple,which is free to use.
It is relatively gentle and anyone can climb.
From the beginning, you can reach Chusonji Temple in about 20 minutes. It is convenient because there is a toilet on the way.
Not so steep path, so it ’s easy to going up n approach to Chusonji even if you are the elderly.

凍結してたら大変だろうなぁと思います。なので、中尊寺に参拝する時は靴は歩きやすくて滑らず、着脱しやすいもので。
Quite a gradient.
I think it would be difficult if it were frozen. Therefore, when visiting Chusonji, shoes are easy to walk on, do not slip, and are easy to put on and take off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道4号線沿いの駐車場に車を止めてから小高い丘にある中尊寺までの松並木の坂道を「月見坂」と言います。
上り始めてから右後方を振り返ると、北上川の流れが見えます。
今は、北上川に架かる東北新幹線の橋梁が見えます。
その北上川の流れが、昔、源頼朝に追われた義経公と主君の命を助けようとした弁慶の最後の地と言われます。
坂の途中には、新しく建てられた朱色の灯籠が幾つもあります。
The pine-lined slope from the parking lot along National Route 4 to Chuson-ji Temple on a small hill is called "Tsukimi-zaka".
If you look back to the right after you start climbing, you can see the flow of the Kitakami River.
Now you can see the bridge of the Tohoku Shinkansen over the Kitakami River.
The flow of the Kitakami River is said to be the last place of Benkei who tried to save the lives of Yoshitsune and his lord, who were chased by Minamoto no Yoritomo in the past.
In the middle of the slope, there are many newly built vermilion lanterns.

本堂までは結構な距離があり、途中に蕎麦屋や公衆トイレ、幾つかのお堂、展望台などがあります。
