裏口でパティシエがタバコ休憩しながら横柄な感じで電話してた。
パワハラあると噂で聞いていたので、なるほどと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豊田市には数少ない、旧道の面影を残す店構え。30年前には既に和菓子の「澄乃園」と洋菓子の「ガトースミノエン」の二枚看板だったような記憶がある。どちらもお手頃な値段で、子供と思いつきで立ち寄るのに向いている。
吉本ばななの小説なら、いとこがバイトしている田舎のケーキ屋さんとして出てきそうな懐かしい雰囲気があって、昭和な感じのモンブランなんかが、却って祖父母世代には受けがいい。
電車とか乗り物の男の子向けのロウソクや女の子向けのキャラクター商品も探せばちゃんとあって、お子さま誕生日ケーキも楽しそう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 愛知環状鉄道の新豊田駅から歩いて３分ほどの場所にあるケーキ屋さん、休日の午後に利用してみました。
店内にはショーケースに並ぶケーキはいろんな種類のケーキをはじめ、バウムクーヘンやレモンケーキなどの焼菓子もいろいろありました。また、お隣には和菓子も売っていましたが中でつながっているものの屋号が違っていたので同じお店かどうかは不明です。
この日は焼き菓子の方がお目当て、お店自慢というレモンケーキにレーズンバターサンドなどを購入、レモンケーキはしっとりした甘い生地で酸味はそれほど感じないですが、レモンのさわやかな風味はしっかり楽しめますね。どこか懐かしさを感じる安心の美味しさです。
一方のレーズンバターサンドはサクッと軽い食感のクッキーになめらかでコクのあるバタークリーム、レーズンもしっかりとイイ仕事していますね、コチラも美味しかったです。
機会があればケーキの方もいただいてみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。

Also, Japanese sweets were sold next door, but it is unknown whether they are the same shop because the shop names are different although they are connected inside.
On this day, I was looking for baked goods, so I bought a lemon cake that the shop is proud of, such as raisin butter sand.The lemon cake is a moist and sweet dough that does not feel so sour, but you can enjoy the refreshing flavor of lemon. Hey. It is a delicious taste that makes you feel nostalgic.
On the other hand, the raisin butter sand is a crispy and light textured cookie with a smooth and rich butter cream, and the raisins are doing a good job, and this one was also delicious.
If I have a chance, I would like to have a cake, too.
