★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的に少し高めの値段だが、全てが美味しく店の雰囲気も良い。テーブルにボタンも何も無く、店がそこそこ広いため注文する時に大声出さないといけないし、かなりの大声を出しても気づいて貰えないこともありました。
 The price is a little high overall, but everything is delicious and the atmosphere of the restaurant is good. There are no buttons on the table, and the store is so large that I had to make a loud voice when ordering, and even if I made a considerable loud voice, I sometimes didn't notice it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一言でいえば、居心地の好い居酒屋だ。そう思った。
諸般の事情で初めて訪れた武蔵小杉の、北口にあるチェーン系列の居酒屋。けれど、塚田農場自体に行ったことがなかったため、色々と気づくこともあった。
確かに、店舗がテナントビルの地下にあり、さらに通された席で携帯の電波が使えないなんて、今どき珍しいハプニングもあったけれど。その辺りも含めて、チャラに出来るような料理の美味しさと、接客の人懐こさが好い感じだった。
それなりに注文はしたけれど、一番衝撃的だったのはお通しに出された、キャベツときゅうりを食べるための薬味味噌。さりげなく卓上に置いてあったけれど、これがとてつもなく複雑で旨味の深い調味料だった。麦味噌に胡桃、大葉に出汁粉など、こういうものが含まれているだろうという想像は出来るが、出会ったことのない味。あとをひく旨さとはこの事かと思ったほど。あとから来た連れに、キャベツを残しておかないといけなかったけれど、いつの間にか全て平らげてしまった。
地鶏料理が看板料理だし、連れの好みもあり今回は鶏料理と酒が主になってしまったが、機会があるなら、次回は野菜もののメニューを頼んでみたくなる。そう思わせる良さがあった。
In a word, it is a cozy izakaya. I thought so.
A chain affiliated izakaya at the north exit of Musashi Kosugi, which I visited for the first time for various reasons. However, I had never been to Tsukada Farm itself, so I noticed a lot.
Certainly, there is an unusual happening that the store is in the basement of the tenant building, and the cellular radio wave can not be used at the seats passed through. Including that area, the taste of the dishes that can be made into chara and the friendliness of the customer service were good.
The most shocking thing, though I ordered it, was the spicy miso for eating cabbage and cucumbers. This was an incredibly complex and tasty seasoning, albeit casually on the tabletop. I can imagine such things as barley miso and walnuts and large leaves and soup stock, but it's a taste I've never met. I thought it was this thing that meant to catch up. I had to leave the cabbage with my later companion, but all of a sudden I got flat.
Chicken food is a signboard dish, and there is also a preference for companions, but this time chicken dishes and sake have become the main, but if you have the opportunity, next time you will want to ask for a vegetable menu. There was good to think so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チキン南蛮、ごぼうチップス(ちょっとしょっぱい)、もつ鍋、地鶏タタキ、ポテトサラダ、どれも美味しかったです。塚田農場アプリが出来て、もう紙の名刺持ち歩かなくても良くなりました^_^
Chicken nanban, burdock chips (slightly salty), motsunabe, local chicken tataki, potato salad were all delicious. With the Tsukada Farm app, you don't have to carry a paper business card anymore ^ _ ^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a lot better. They changed their menu and selection is now limited. They cut out a lot of good dishes and the portion of each dish got smaller. It's getting more like standard izakaya rather than the one which stands out with their chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a really fun place to go for Japanese drinks and the staff are lovely and funny. There is a great menu, primarily focussed on chicken, which is quickly served and very tasty. This is a very foreigner friendly place to go too! The raw chicken was very nice as was the blackened chicken, the chicken balls with egg were a little unusual.
