朱	朱伯駿 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a izakaya (bar) in Aomori. Everyone stayed in for meal have to order a wine. It means this bar need a minimum order. They will put the glass in a woody cup (I think it is a traditional Japanese cup) and pour wine to "totally" full. The surplus wine will flow in the woody cup (see picture). Total process of pouring wine thinks polity to the customers. The inner decoration is special and panache for taking picture. However, I think the quality of the sashimi is not good (I felt some fishy smell to the scallop), which is not compatible with the cost. I think the quality of seafood in Hokkaido is better than Aomori
唐	唐培淳 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cool place, totally out of expectation from entrance to dishes. Make sure to try out their Buta which is pork, in the first pic. It is the best broiled pork I’ve ever had. But I do have to say they don’t offer the best/ most friendly service, especially in Japan where every restaurant can make you feel so welcome. No one greeted us at door, the staff make me feel you can take it or leave. I would say it was rather “local” experience. Plus my friend and I had to go to the toilet that night, maybe the food was not fresh.
N	Niki Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great ambience with great food. The interior of the restaurant is very interesting, the owner incorporated the Nebuta theme and food quality was good. They also serve a variety of sake from the region with a pinch of rock salt grinded right in front of you. We ended up paying more than 10,000 yen for our dinner, slightly pricier than other local restaurants but it was worth it.
