★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 路地の奥にある赤ちょうちんにひかれて入店しました。
三軒目だったので、いろいろ食べられなかったので
星三つになりましたが、さんまのお刺身の食べ方が独特ではまりました。
たっぷりのねぎと黒胡椒がのっていて、お醤油をかけて頂くのですが、初めての味わいでビックリしました。
さっぱりと頂けて美味しかったです。

日本酒は90ミリなので値段高めかもしれません。
マスターとアシスタントでの店回しなので注文が重なったり、団体客がいれば料理が遅くなるかもしれませんので急ぎの人は確認した方がいいとおもいます。
女性のみの団体客が入っており、注文が聞き取れないくらいうるさくて嫌な気分でしたが、最後にマスターから「ちょっとうるさくてすみませんでした」と言ってもらえたので気配りのできるお店だとおもいました。
また来店したいと思える店でした。

店内の雰囲気も綺麗で落ち着いています。そして何よりもお料理がとても美味しいです。マスターのこだわりとセンスよ良さを感じます。ただ、大将は、お客さんに対して愛想を振りまくような事はせず、口数も少ないですが、私は個人的に自分のペースを崩さずしっかり仕事をする大将が嫌いでは無いです。また、店内にはテレビが無いのでガヤガヤしておらず、落ち着いて飲める空間がとても好きです。

特におススメは、串焼きのチーズピーマンと手羽先、だし巻き玉子、ケチャップ味じゃないオムライス。そして瓶チュー。一度訪問する価値ありです?
