★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 津田沼駅から約10分の立地。100mでコンビニ、300mで郵便局本局など、スーパーも6~7分の場所にあり、何しろ便利。実は大家さんも凄く良い人でトラブル対応も即対処。3LDKでLDKは11畳位でとても広く、本当に住みやすかったです。私の出た後はキッチンもリフォームするでしょうから最高だと思います。鉄筋コンクリートですから密閉性もあります。ただ1階だったため、結露対策は必要です。
