2022/1/30 お邪魔させて戴きました。 玄関をくぐりお店の方がおられました。案内もされず、しばし待機。 何もないのでレジ越しの女将さんかな?に『すいませーん』と二、三度呼びかけるも対応なし? その後お店のお子さんが出て来たので『どこに入ると良いですか?』と聞いてやっと入店。 JAF掲載のチラシを見て折角来たのでまず食べようと思いました。 店内はお客様おらず広々とした空間に沢山ストーブを焚き、お出迎えの心持ちはある様。 鳥そば、板そば、天ぷらを頼みました。 ご主人の対応は丁寧な対応。 味について。個人的な感想です。 まず板そば(普通)、今なら寒ざらしの時期、いい蕎麦があるのでは?と思っていたのですが、 香り 無し 喉越し★★ ツユ★出汁が弱い ボリューム★★★ 鳥蕎麦(温) 蕎麦★ 出汁、ツユ★ ボリューム★★★ とかんじました。 天麩羅はとても美味しく梅干しの天ぷら、初めて食べましたが意外に美味しくビックリ。 パプリカの天麩羅も甘み、食感、意外性、★★★でした。 あくまでも個人的な感想です。ご馳走様でした。 山形の蕎麦っ食いの一人として賑わって欲しいと思います。

I ordered tori soba, ita soba, and tempura. The husband's response is polite. About the taste. It is a personal impression. First of all, ita soba (normal), now it's cold season, isn't there good soba? I was thinking, No scent Over the throat ★★ Tuyu ★ The soup stock is weak Volume ★★★ Bird soba (warm) Soba ★ Dashi stock, tuyu ★ Volume ★★★ I knew. The tempura was very delicious and I ate the dried plum tempura for the first time, but it was surprisingly delicious. The paprika tempura was also sweet, textured, and surprising, ★★★. It's just a personal impression. It was a treat. I want you to be one of the soba eaters in Yamagata.

平日の13時過ぎに訪問。 山奥、ポツンと一軒家状態の場所にあるのにも関わらず店内はほぼ満員。 古民家をそのまま使用しているのかとても落ち着きます。 エアコンなどはなく縁側の窓全開。風が気持ちよかったです。 坊板そば並と野菜天盛り合わせ、お勧めの月山筍天ぷらをオーダー。 畳に足を投げ出してボケーっと庭や店内を眺めて待つこと30分くらいで 提供されました。 外一そばとのこと。香りもよくゆで加減は絶妙でした。 拘りの強いお蕎麦屋さんではほんの少しのそばつゆしか出てきませんが こちらは土瓶に並々とそばつゆが提供されます。 筍はシャキシャキで、いい値段はしますが食べる価値ありです。 蕎麦湯は銅の容器に入っているので時間がたっても熱い状態をキープしていました。 料理が出てくるまで思いのほか時間がかかるので時間に余裕をもっていかれることをお勧めします。 本当に美味しかったですし、くつろげました。 ご馳走様です、機会があればまたお邪魔します。
Visited after 13:00 on weekdays. The store is almost full despite being in a single house in the mountains. It is very calm whether you are using the old folk house as it is. There is no air conditioner and the windows on the porch are fully open. The wind was nice. We ordered the recommended Gassan bamboo shoot tempura, assorted with boita soba and vegetable tempura. It takes about 30 minutes to throw your feet on the tatami mats and look at the garden and the store. It was provided. It's called Sotoichi Soba. The aroma was good and the boiled was exquisite. At a soba restaurant with a strong commitment, only a small amount of soba soba comes out. Here, soba soup is served in a clay bottle. Bamboo shoots are crispy and good price but worth eating. Soba-to is contained in a copper container, so it stays hot over time. It takes more time than expected until the food comes out, so it is recommended that you have plenty of time. It was really delicious and I was able to relax. It's a treat, I'll bother you again if you have the opportunity.

蕎麦はもっちりツルツルで香りも良く美味しくいただきました。値段は高めなのですが納得の味でした。天麩羅も数量限定の鴨出汁汁も美味しく頂きました。ご馳走様でした あとお土産に買ったわらび餅美味しかったです。只山の中お店見つけるの大変でした

板そばの並をいただきました。 野菜の天ぷらもとても美味しかった? 今年は雪が多かったので、雪景色を見ながらいただきました。 新緑?や紅葉?を見ながら食べるのもまた楽しみです。

冬に訪れるには大変な場所… 素敵な古民家、雪景色の庭園を眺めながら頂くお蕎麦は最高ですね。 天麩羅もサクサクで美味しいです。 値段はお高めなようです。
A difficult place to visit in winter ... The soba noodles that you can enjoy while looking at the lovely old folk house and the snow-covered garden are the best. Tempura is also crispy and delicious. The price seems to be high.

個人的には日本で1番好きなお蕎麦❗雰囲気も最高ですよ?約30年ぶりの訪問‼️‼️ずっと食べたくて思い描いてましたが、やはり素晴らしい味でした‼️鴨が猟開始の時期だったので、最高に美味しかった❗

山形蔵王の瀧山の登山口手前にある古民家の建物の蕎麦屋です。雰囲気も良く古民家が落ち着く雰囲気で蕎麦も店先で手打ちしています。 ちょいお値段は高めですが、天ぷらもボリュームたっぷりで美味い蕎麦が食べれます。デザートの葛餅も美味い
It is a soba shop in an old folk house building in front of the trailhead of Mt. Takiyama in Yamagata Zao. The atmosphere is good and the old folk house has a calm atmosphere, soba is also handmade at the storefront. The price is a little high, but the tempura is also generous and you can eat delicious soba noodles. The dessert Kuzumochi is also delicious

With an historic legacy, the building was originally a feudal lord's residence in a quaint garden setting. The atmosphere is therefore very serene, however, pricing ruins this. The soba is very good but the bill is a bit of a shocker when coming to pay it. Cost was around Y5,500 for two for soba with a bit of tempura (vs. Y2,400 in one of the rustic go-to soba houses in Kaminoyama). Worth a look around though.
