w	wataru uribou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在住んでいる建物の管理会社です。この管理会社の物件は駐車場も安くお部屋の設備も整っています。私の部屋はインターネットが無料だったり浴室にはテレビやミストシャワーなどもついています。たまに良い部屋が空いているときがありますので、こまめに確認すると良いかもしれません。外観もきれいでとても気に入っています。社員も入居者も若い方が多いです。確かに多少のミスはあるかもしれませんが、私がお願いしたときは、直ぐに対応してくれています。 It is a management company of the building where I currently live. The property of this management company has a cheap parking lot and well-equipped rooms. Internet is free in my room, and bathroom has TV and mist shower. Sometimes a good room is vacant, so it may be good to check frequently. The appearance is beautiful and I really like it. Many of our employees and residents are young. Certainly there may be some mistakes, but when I ask, they will respond immediately.
か	かわむらゆき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応出来るスタッフが居る日時に来るよう言われ、店の都合で来店予約をしつつ、事前に必要書類の写真をメールに添付し準備期間を設けたのに、来店当日書類を見て｢このままでは捺印できません。再確認してきてください。｣と帰るよう言われた。対応可能スタッフの都合に合わせると、次のタイミングが数日後になる場合も考えられるのに！数日前にメールに写真を添付したのだから、メールチェックをこまめに行っていれば｢事前に確認して来て｣などメールにて確認を促す事も出来たはず、そちらの不手際でもあるのに何故帰らなくてはならないのか、と指摘すると、指摘について理解出来ない様子で奥に引っ込みお偉いさんが対応。一言二言話をすると、確認の必要は無かったとすぐに印鑑を押していた。たった1枚の書類に署名・捺印するだけなのに、30分もかかり、対応の悪さについて(指摘された事について)謝罪すらなく、無駄な時間だった。 I was told to come on the date and time when there was a staff member who could handle it, and while making a reservation for the store's convenience, I attached a photo of the necessary documents to the email in advance and set up a preparation period, but when I saw the documents on the day of the store, I said, "As it is I can't stamp it.
