まるで早帰れと言わんばかりに
帰らせようとする。
数日前に行きましたが、
今までミニミニさんでこんな対応を
された事が無かった。
もう2度目は行きたくない。

正直次に物件を探すときはミニミニはもう使わないでしょう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応は凄く悪いです、更に2年契約で無駄な補償を加入させられます。強制加入では無いので皆様気を付けましょう！アパマンショップの方が丁寧な対応をしてくれましたし、サポートも大変良いです。
ミニミニは営業マンもミニで低脳でした。
Correspondence is very bad, and you can get useless compensation with a two-year contract. It's not a compulsory subscription, so be careful! The Apaman shop responded politely and the support is very good.
The salesman of Minimini was also mini and low-brained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで物件を借りて入居したら建物の上に鳩が住んでました。入居初日からバルコニーが鳩フンだらけでこのままでは洗濯物が外に干せないとおもったので駆除をお願いしたら皆さん各自で対策してもらってるとの事で何も対応してもらえませんでした。建物の入り口は鳩フンだらけで衛生的に最悪です。しまいにはバルコニーに卵を産まれました?鳩フンは人体に被害を及ぼします。
入居前に教えてもらえないのは悪質です。
浄水の物件です。お気をつけください。

気に入った物件がここでしか契約できなかったので渋々契約しましたが、次はお願いしたくありません。
