★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モデルハウス見学を予約。自動返信のメールに「本メール受信後、当社からの連絡がない場合予約が完了していない場合があるので、お客様からご連絡下さい」との文言。
他のメーカーさんは律儀に連絡をくれるのに、予約2日前でも連絡が来ないためコチラから連絡すると「予約は出来ています」とヒョウヒョウとした感じ。
いざ訪問して、資料も貰えなかったので資料請求するとメールにて送ってもらえるとの返信。
ちなみに一ヶ月待ったがメールは来ない。
もう一個追加で言うと、webで見学予約したらギフトカードプレゼントが貰えると書いてあったが貰えなかった。
こんな対応のメーカーにちゃんとした家やソーラーパネルが作れるのかは凄く心配である。

Other manufacturers contact me in a lawful manner, but I haven't heard from them even two days before the reservation, so when I contacted them from here, I felt like a leopard saying, "I have made a reservation."
I visited and replied that I couldn't get the materials, so if I request the materials, they will be sent by e-mail.
By the way, I waited for a month, but I didn't receive an email.
To add one more thing, it was written that if you make a reservation for a tour on the web, you will get a gift card gift, but I did not get it.
I'm really worried if a manufacturer that supports this kind of thing can make a proper house or solar panel.
