岩	岩崎大吉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ限定のぶためんミニセット650円をいただきました。ミニセットにすると小豚めしが付いてきます。オーダーすると、小麦粉の塊を手で伸ばして麺にしていく工程が見れました。 ※中国人の料理人がやっているイメージのやつぶためんは優しい味付けの白湯スープに手延べ麺とチャーシューがのったもの。手延べ麺はうどんのようで、もちもちして美味しいです。量も結構ある感じ。優しいけどコクのあるこのスープに合うと思います。途中で一緒に提供いただいた辛味オイルをスープにいれると、味変になりこれまた美味しかったです。チャーシューも柔らかく美味しかった。小豚めしはチューシューがのったごはんで、こちらも柔らかいチャーシューと香味の利いた甘辛タレがよく合いご飯がすすみます。いろんなメニューがあり、次は定食を食べにお伺いしようと思います。ごちそうさまでした。 I received a lunch-only Buden mini set for 650 yen. J	Jたろさ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とりなんばんつけ麺＋欲張りセットに麺大盛で計1100円を注文(￣▽￣;)。つけ麺の麺量は大盛にしてもかなり少なめの印象(-_-;)？。麺自体はコシもあり美味しいと思うが致命的なのは麺の長さ・・・?❗️。あまりに長過ぎて箸で持ち上げると切れ目が無いのでそのままダラっとつけ汁に放り込む以外に無いのは最悪???。麺の長さは半分くらいで良いかも( ・－・)？。麺量も大盛にしてこれだけ・・・?⁉️、的なものでかなり少なめ(-_-;)？。つけ汁は濃すぎる事もないもので普通に美味しい?❗️。スープ割りの提供は無いのかも？。豚丼は脂身が多めの肉のものだが脂身がしつこすぎる事もなく、中々美味しいものだった(ﾟ∀ﾟ)｡_｡)。少々ボリューム感には乏しく、麺は大盛にしても満足感は低く箸で持ち上げた時の麺離れも悪いのでその辺りが問題点かも(-_-;)？。ただ。コスパ的には悪くないお店だと思う。フロアの女性の方の接客もとても良かった( ´∀｀ )b。余談ですがお酒類の値段が高過ぎるかな?⁉️。 I ordered a total of 1100 yen for the chicken noodles + greedy set (¥ ▽ ￣;).
