10年以上前から通っています。 予約の取りにくさは、名医の証拠!と思って 理解しています。 今日は電話開始15分で繋がりました。 子連れで行ったのですが、私が診察してもらってる間子供は看護師の女性にシールで遊んでもらいました。 女性の看護師の方はマスクをしていましたが、目がニコニコの優しい方でしたよ。 診察室は少し暗いので暴れて泣いたらどうしよう…とずっと思っていたのでホントに助かりました。 一年ぶりに行ったのであたりさわりない診察で終わると思いきや、ずっと通っていることも覚えてくださってたし、この季節は私はいつも特に乾燥がひどいことをしっかり指摘して下さりました。目の回る忙しさの中でも温かい診察をしてくださり、待ち時間も予約電話競争の大変さもふっとび、眼科はたくさんあるけれどまたこちらにだけお世話になろうと思いました。

丁寧かつわかりやすく診察してくれます。朝予約電話します。朝だけであっという間に満杯になるようです。自宅隣の方に薦められていきましたが大満足です。いろいろ読んでて不快な書き込み散見しますが悪意を感じるものもあり、私の書き込みもあくまでも参考にして頂き一度、自分の目でまずは確認してみてください。予約ルールもきちんと明確に提示してあるのに、予約ルールを読まずに書き込みしている方もいて、職員の方や先生がまじめな分、かわいそうです。病院近隣の患者さんたちはみんな信頼しております。新型コロナ感染症対策もかなりきちんとされており信頼できます。外で座れるのも新型コロナ感染症対策として安心です。土日祝も診察しておるようです。私はいつも月曜日利用していますが、患者さんの重症度や病気の種類により流れが悪い時もありましたが、私は運よく待たずに済んでおります。私にとっては完全に信頼のおける眼科さんです。院長先生の元気な診療大好きです。たまには休息してくださいね。昼休みもとらずに診療されているようです。私の書き込みもあくまでも参考にして頂き一度、自分の目でまずは確認してみてください。

注文の多い眼科医院。 とにかく予約の取り方が分からず、院まで行ってみましたが、やっぱり予約の取り方が分からない。 コロナ対策のため、予約なしの人は入ることすら禁止されている模様。外から覗いていても、中の人が出てくるでもなし。 当日外来の時間も設けているようですが、日によって時間は不定との貼り紙。 ???で頭がいっぱいになりながら、帰り道に口コミ読んで納得。 意図的に新規の患者を絞っているようでした。 口コミへの返信が◯◯殿、という辺りも医院の姿勢が分かりました。なんだか田舎の病院みたいです。 HPにはある注意書きも、最近ではなかなか見ないくらい、患者に対する指示や禁止事項ばかり。 その下には星5つの口コミだけをピックアップして掲載していました。 診察を受けられた方は満足されているようなので、予約システムを改善すればそんなことしなくてもいいように思います。
