m	mountain koju on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供のかかりつけ医です。先生がとても優しく子供と真剣にコミュニケーションをとってくれます。予防方法や薬の使い方、注意点など丁寧に説明してくれますし、症状が重そうな時は大学病院の受診を考えた方が良いかもしれないなど適宜アドバイス頂けるので親としても安心できます。また小児だけではなく大人も見てくれるため大変助かります。アプリを利用した予約システムがあるため診療所で長時間待たなくてすみます。おかげで病人ばかりの待合室で他の病気をもらうリスクも下げていると思います。駐車場は診療所の所だけでなく、少し離れたところにも4台ぐらい止められる駐車場があります。 I am a family doctor for my child. s	sumire okada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の病院と比べると、受付の対応が最低です。長く勤めている人が多く、スタッフの年齢層がかなり高い。そして、その人達の上からの物の言い方等対応がとにかく感じが悪いです。患者がいない時は常におしゃべりをしていて、声も大きく、待合室の後ろの席にいても聞こえてきます。受付は病院の顔なんだから、きちんとしてほしいです。病院に行って、不安な気持ちになります。ただ、受付の方の中で一人だけ、いつも笑顔で丁寧に接してくれるちゃんとした人がいます。この人が受付の時だけ診察に行きます。あとは具合が悪くても別の小児科に行くようにしています。きちんと仕事をしている人に失礼だと思います。この先来る患者にも失礼過ぎるので、もっとちゃんと患者側の気持ちで接してください。この病院がいつか良くなってくれることを期待しています。 Correspondence of the reception desk is the lowest compared with other hospitals.
