M	Michael M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tsubakiya might be good for others, but it wasn't great for me or my friends. We were immediately greeted with a smoky atmosphere, then hit with outrageous prices. My hot cocoa (minus the rum that is standard here) was nothing special. I've had better at family restaurants. My friend ordered cheesecake and was not impressed with it, either (it seemed normal to me, but I don't particularly care for cheesecake, so I'm not a connoisseur in the least). As we could get by in Japanese, we were able to order, but for anyone that doesn't speak or read the language, definitely give it a hard pass. There is no English and no photos. Even the bathrooms are in kanji- some that I wasn't familiar with, so had to ask which room to use. For me, it was a one-and-done.
