★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 街中で見掛けない米屋があり、アパートがあるという珍しい形態の建物です。メリットが多いように感じました。歯医者が隣にある、コンビニエンスストア（セブンイレブンだが）が近い、デパートや家電量販店が自転車で移動すれば行ける、という点であるんですが、郵便局が遠いというデメリットもあります。切手を買ったり、荷物を送る時はコンビニエンスストアが有利かもしれません。
