★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テイ・エステックの社員と派遣社員の温度差が非常に問題だと思います。
テイ・エステック社員と派遣では同じ職場で同じ仕事内容ですが明らかに違う点や不満点を上げますと、社員は年２回のボーナスや昇給、社員食堂がジュース代程度で食べれる、作業着系はタダで支給、車が安く買える制度があるなど他にも待遇面での明らかな違いはまだまだあります。
一方の派遣社員は同じ仕事をしていても賞与、昇給が全く無い、食堂は１食350円以上、作業着購入にはお金が掛かる、車を安く買える制度が無い、働きに来ているのに毎月駐車場の料金が取られる・・・もちろん年金制度も無いので将来が不安になりますので、テイ・エステック内の派遣は絶対にやらない方が良いと強く思います。

One of the dispatched employees has no bonus or salary increase even if they do the same job, the cafeteria costs 350 yen or more per meal, it costs money to buy work clothes, there is no system to buy a car cheaply, and they are coming to work. The parking fee is charged every month ... Of course, there is no pension system, so the future is uncertain, so I strongly think that it is better not to dispatch within TS TECH.
