Cons: situated near an expressway means a lot of noise pollution. Being woken up late at night by street racers is common. There is also a fire station nearby, so be ready for blaring sirens as well. Light sleepers beware.
Sound insulation between units is also sub standard for a modern tower mansion. Can easily hear foot steps from unit above.
Lots of tower mansions in the Nishi Shinjuku area, renters should shop around.
