今日はトレーナーお勧めの馬肉ジャーキーを購入しました。
早速 味見? 思ったほど硬くなく味も濃くない。苦手なサラミ？？って思ったがそうでもなくて、美味しい 肉好きの私には最高のおやつです。上手に利用して筋トレ女子?目指します。
