Rode up from Yokosuka with my female friend who wanted some winter cycling essentials. I was explaining to her about why the Bontrager bibs said Segafredo and by the time she had picked out things to try on, the staff had overheard and poured us both a shot of coffee at the counter!
Had a nice time speaking English with one mechanic, she got what she needed for winter, and I got a good recommendation for skiing in Hakuba.
Overall, a very nice shop with many bikes, a decent amount of Bontrager kit, gear, and shoes, fitting room, coffee, and two bike stands for service.

Sometimes it would be helpful if there were more products in stock.It makes it seem like the store is still under consideration whether or not there are enough local customers to keep the store open.The service is great. I bring all my family's bikes (3 Trek, and 1 Rocky Mountain) there and am more than happy every time I get the work done. They go above and beyond- thanks!

Despite my dreadful Japanese skills the staff are always polite, understanding and informative - Google Translate is our friend :-) I bought my first "proper" bike here, along with helmet and shoes. Have been back since to take advantage of the checks they give to new bike owners, and to buy further accessories. Highly recommended,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picking up a new bike is supposed to be straightforward, right? Not in my case. The process took 90 minutes and was a comedy of errors from start to finish, and I have a scratch on my carbon steerer tube that I'm not entirely sure is definitely 100% safe. The other staff members seem to be quite professional, but the guy who dealt with me was utterly useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For context, I am an American living in Honmoku. I purchased a Roscoe 7 at this store. They are very professional and sought out to help me. My store representative spoke English and made the entire process easy on me as a new Japanese speaker. He explained what was required of me and what they would do for setup and registration. I rode 10 miles today on my new bicycle and love it. Thanks Yokohama Trek team.
