店内は広くて素敵な空間でした。また、とても丁寧な対応で、てきぱきと分かりやすいドレス選びとアドバイスを下さる店員さんに、良い印象を持ちました。
お値段は少しお高めで、小物も各々レンタル料金がかかるので、
そこが⭐－１でしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 娘2人の挙式は他店でお衣装をかりましたが素晴らしい接客挙式でした。3番目の子供でここは初めてでしたがロボットを相手にしているような心ないマニュアル通りの接客。大切な子供の結婚式が台無しになりました。とても嫌な思いをしました。ここは絶対おすすめしません。もう一度心あるセレモニー接客とは何か？を会社で見直す店。二度と行きたくない場所になりました。星一つも付けたくないです

提案どころかため息をつかれ萎縮してしまい
毎回1時間程度しかフィッティングの時間はもらえなかった。(見てるとだいたい皆さん2時間は試着させてもらえてるようですが)
意思の疎通も難しく、苦手と伝えたはずのデザインのドレスが用意されていたりと中々汲み取って貰える事もなかった。
また、試着したドレスの写真もあまり撮らせてもらえずそもそも1枚も残せずさっさとファスナーを下ろされてしまい そんなに時間がなかったのでしょうか？なんの為の予約だったのか…わざわざ足を運んでいたのに今でも悲しくなります。
決定させた後はウォーキングの練習がありますと伝えられており、シューズは持参した方が良いですか？と聞くと お店で貸出すので大丈夫です。と伝えられた為、ウォーキングの際に実際手ぶらで向かうと「あれ？シューズ持参されませんでしたか？」と…。結局ウォーキングの練習もさせて貰えず30分で返されました。
そんなに急かすのであればわざわざお店には出向きたくなかったですし、レンタルもしたくありませんでした。借りたドレスの写真を見るとドレスコーディネーターさんの顔が同時に浮かび上がり嫌悪感が増します。
安易に提携店だからと決めてしまった自分が情けない限りです。

When I went empty-handed when walking, I was told, "Huh? Didn't you bring your shoes?" In the end, I wasn't allowed to practice walking and was returned in 30 minutes.
I didn't want to go to the store if I was in such a hurry, and I didn't want to rent it. Looking at the picture of the borrowed dress, the face of the dress coordinator comes to the surface at the same time, and the disgust increases.
Unless I feel sorry for having decided that it is a partner store easily.
