立地はいいのにちょっと暗いので、ハウスメーカーらしく再開発をして、明るいエリアにしてもらいたいです！

リニア開業に向け、丸の内はマンション建設ラッシュですが、大阪や東京のデベロッパーばかりが目立ちます。
せっかくトヨタホーム本社のすぐ近くのエリアに丸の内や泉一丁目エリアがあるので、アネシアなどの高規格なマンションを建設してもらいたいです。 大阪のPコーポレーションみたいな安っぽいマンションが乱立するのは嫌です。
