★ ★ ★ ★ ★ さすがにトイザらスはおもちゃの品揃えは豊富。ベビー用品も洋服類以外は豊富だし、プライベートブランドも魅力的。
価格は安いものもあるけど、ネットに比べて驚くほど高いものもある。
1F駐車場は狭いし、建物は古くてなんだか暗い感じだけど、トイザらスに来るとやっぱりワクワクするし、子供は大喜び。
最大の不満点は、店員さんの質が低いこと。
新人さんだけしかいないの？ってぐらいに商品知識が乏しいし、レジの手際も悪く、クーポン処理も遅いので使うの面倒になってくる。
ちゃんと下調べしないと、とんでもない商品を高値でつかんでしまうかも。
要注意です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子ども向け！子どもには最高！混雑する時期の駐車場は最悪です。作りとか場所が悪いとしか言いようがないですなぁ。駐車場少ないし、隣はニトリだしで、入ったらなかなか出られないということを覚悟して行かないといけないです。隣がニトリということもあり、この辺は休日はかなり渋滞になる通り。屋上の駐車場へのスロープで渋滞。レジも並んで大渋滞だしでクリスマス時期なんかは大変なことになります。結構お値段が高い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の自転車を買いに行き、車に入るか分からず可能であればどちらかのタイヤを外してもらえるか聞き、対応不可能との返答が来ました。
そこは了解したところ、気にくわなければ買わなくて良いとの発言を頂戴しました。
その上で了承をし、清掃と整備で20分かかるとの事でしたが50分に変更となりました。
お客が偉いとは思いませんが、対応していただいた店員さんは地獄の閻魔かと思います。
接客と対応はありえないと思います。

所狭しとあるので通路は狭め
赤ちゃんカートを押してるとすれ違うのが少し難儀
おもちゃ以外にも、赤ちゃん用品や文房具、お菓子、服、靴などもあり、色々揃います
定期的にカタログを家に送ってくれるので、誕生日、クリスマスはイオンと比較して来店してます
先日はキックボードをかなりお得に購入できました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃え悪過ぎ。あまりにもチョイスがなさ過ぎて、ガッカリしました。同じトイザらスでも、都会とかと比べるとこうも違うんですね。驚きました。お店も古いせいかあまり綺麗じゃなかった。大きい玩具屋は秋田県にあまりないので、もうちょっと頑張ってほしい。

直進の車の合間に、
右折して、店舗駐車場に入るのが
大変です。
店舗は、土曜日の午前中だったので、
混雑はしていませんでした。
ただ一台しか、開いてない、レジには
5人ほど並んでいました。
急いで無かったので、気にしないで
並んでいたら、他の店員さんが、
もう一台のレジを稼働してくれ、スムーズに
支払いが出来ました。
トイザラスは、インターネット限定商品も
有るので、
あんぱん積み木と腕に付けるおもちゃを
ネット注文。
夕方には、発送で翌日配達になりました。
破損しない様に大きな箱に、
沢山のビニールの空気袋が入って居ました。

開店に合わせて買い物に。
子どもの日のプレゼントに
プリペイドカード?を購入。
可愛いい絵柄でした。

自分はあるミニカー等を趣味で集めているのですが、レジ打ちの店員さんの対応等が、非常にいいですね。
小さい子にも非常にいい対応で、小さい子の話を聞く時は、小さい子と同じ身長になり、話を聞いてくれます。
ほかの店員さんも、優しく対応してくれます。
ですが、品揃え悪いのと、たまに壊れている商品が販売されています。(目に見える)
なのでそこがマイナスポイントですね。
