新しい布団を小さくサイズ直ししてほしくて、電話で問い合わせたが、客の話を良く聞かず「そんな事に金をかけるのは愚の骨頂だ」と言われた。その後、延々と同業他社の社名を出して悪口を言い続け、客の電話料金で、客の要望とは全く無関係な話ばかりされた。直してほしい布団を持って店に行くと言うと、店に来られては困る！！と、頑なに来店を拒否。何がなんでも、客の家を訪問すると言い張る。感じ悪いやら、気分が悪いやら、怪しいやら。

綿の質が良く、子供達が羊毛や羽毛にアレルギーがあるため親も含めて、20年以上のスパンでお付き合いさせてもらっています。子供達が自分の部屋を持つようになってからはベッド用に薄い布団を作ってもらいました。お願いすると色々提案していただけます。我が家の子供たちは動物性の物だと鼻水や喘息がでますが、上質の綿だと症状がでません。植物性の素材の良さを実感しています。もしお子さんに羊毛や羽毛に対するアレルギーがあるのであればおススメします。女性の担当の方しか詳しいやりとりをしたことがないのですが、過去に問題は一度も起きていません。気持ちよく長くお付き合いさせていただいています。人生の約3分の1は布団の上で過ごすのでお布団はとても大事だなあと思うこの頃です。
