★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通ですが前よりポイントが使いづらいというか、割引のお得感がなくなった。土日や季節のイベントのあたりは混雑しているので感染など怖くて行けません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 息子がナーフのシリーズとレゴを確認するときに行きたいなー、と提案があったときに行きます。小さい時から、プレゼントを購入するときに利用していたおもちゃ屋さん。土日はなにやらイベントなども行われているようす。ベビー用品も取り扱いしていることから、就学前がメインに感じますが、大きくなってからもプラモデルなど、存分に楽しめるものも扱っています。

娘の欲しいものを買いに来ましたが、値札と値段が違うことが判明。
その際もう1人従業員さんの方が来て対応してくれましたが、忙しかったのか、何かあって不機嫌なのかはわかりませんが、態度にそれが出ていました。(めんどくせーみたいな？)
お客の前で態度に出すのはよろしくないのではないかと...
自分自身、初めての地域で初めての店舗ということもあり、余計に不快に感じました。

衛星用品が安く購入出来ます。
ただ、小さいお子さんがいるご家庭の方は分かると思いますが、ここに入ったら最後。
なかなか帰ろうとしません。
恐るべしトイザらスです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ セール中におむつ何箱か買うとおしりふき等の特典がつくのですが、こちらから申し出ないとくれません。しかも、売場にも箱おむつだけをレジに持っていったらいいのか、特典のものも一緒にレジに持っていったらいいのかも提示していないので本当に貰えるの??と毎回思います。
そして特典をもらうのもレジではなく、会計後サービスカウンターで手続きをして受け取るのですが、スタッフが1人しかいないためか、レジは空いてるけどサービスカウンターが行列という事態がしばしば。
列の前の方で商品を返品手続きしてる人がいて、スタッフさんは応援も呼ばないままその対応につきっきり。後ろの行列は知らないふり。
最悪です。なんとかなりませんか?特典を貰うのに一時間かかりました。商品の品揃えはいいだけに残念です。
