Shampoo and body wash are provided in the showers, but towels are not. If you forget to bring indoor gym shoes, you can rent some from the front desk. There are a couple of classrooms. If the class is especially crowded, you have to line up outside of the classroom to enter. The quality of the class really depends on the teacher. Some teachers provide minimal instructions and are very fast-paced, while others give more guidance for beginners.
