★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリスマス前でプレゼントを買うお客さんがたくさんいて忙しいとは思うけど、面倒臭そうな態度でレジ応対をするのはやめてほしい。すぐに必要だったので今回はそのまま購入したが、次回からはネット購入にします。
 I think that there are many customers who buy presents before Christmas, but I don't want to wait for cashiers with an annoying attitude. I purchased it as it was right away, but I will buy it online the next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 折角楽しく買い物したのに、8.18最後にレジ担当男性Kの感じがめちゃ悪くて、泣きたくなりました。
妊婦限定クーポンについてきいたのに知らないとか無視され、さらに笑顔もない。
地元のベビザラスは2店舗しかなく、こちらの方が種類があるし、イオンで買い物できるけど、この人のせいであまり行きたくないです！まだ宇品店の方がいいです。
I enjoyed shopping, but at the end of 8.18, the cashier man K felt so bad that I wanted to cry.
I heard about the coupon for pregnant women, but I didn't know it or it was ignored, and I didn't even smile.

もう2度と府中ではいかないね
I bought a child's double swing today, but since the original item was limited, I decided to retrieve the item online, but I did the minimum capacity of a middle-aged man who responded. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんが親切。先日購入した子供のおもちゃが不良品だったのですがとても気持ち良く交換対応して頂きました。子供にも優しく接してくださって待っている間も気分良く過ごす事が出来ました。
The clerk is kind. The child's toy I bought the other day was defective, but I was very happy to exchange it. I was able to feel good while waiting for the children to be kind to me.

声は小さくて聞こえない。
出産祝いで買った商品を包装出来ないと言われ、入る訳がない布袋に入れようとしたり、呆れました。
有料でも、包装してくれないのですか？
アルバイトの接客指導が行き届いてないです。
もう、二度と行きたくありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前ここでバイトしましたが、口コミに教育の面について書かれていますが、確かに教育はあまり受けれなかった気がします。
先輩店員さんも良い方はほぼおらず、この人たちが子供相手に接客しているのかと思ったほどです。
今は別の仕事に就いていますが、間違えてもここには戻りません。
I worked part-time here before, and although the word-of-mouth mentions the aspect of education, I feel that I did not receive much education.
There are almost no senior clerk who are good, and I wondered if these people were serving children.
I have another job now, but if I make a mistake, I won't be back here.

笑顔がないのはこの際どうでもいいが、ラッピングが品切れでできないと当たり前のように言われた。
お詫びの言葉もない。
入荷日を聞くとあからさまにめんどくさそうな態度で「わかりません。そんな情報ないので。」とのこと。
仕方なくラッピングは諦めたが、そのあとに嫌味のように「手提げ袋もいいですか？」と。
このお店ではこんな大きなおもちゃを手で持ち帰る人が多いのか。
お店というよりもその人の人間性だとも感じてしまう対応だった。
もう二度と行きたくない。

Are there many people who bring such big toys home by hand at this shop?
It was a response that made me feel that it was the person's humanity rather than the store.
I don't want to go again.
