お客様にはあたれないので納品業者に八つ当たりしてる感じですね。
自分達が発注かけてるくせに、面倒くさそうな対応をされます。
The staff here seems to be quite stressed.
It doesn't hit the customer, so it feels like I'm hitting eight delivery companies.
Even though we are placing an order, we will take care of it, which seems to be troublesome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客対応は良かな。他の広島トヨタと比べてないけど基本教育レベルが高いのでしょう。でも個人差は否めない、誠意の有る無しで形だけの振る舞いに見える方もおられるかな
Is customer support good? Although it is not compared to other Hiroshima Toyota, the basic education level is probably high. However, there are undeniable individual differences, and I wonder if there are people who seem to behave only in form without sincerity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飛び出し厳禁でお願いします。お店から出庫のお客さんを出すのは良いですが、タイミングを見てやって欲しいです。急ブレーキを掛ける羽目になったので。車間距離が空いてると言って無理に人が出てくると、かなり恐怖です。他社車だからしたのかどうか判りませんが、先に信号機があるので、タイミングを見てやって。
Please do not jump out. It's good to get customers out of the store, but I want you to watch the timing. I had to apply the brakes suddenly. It's pretty scary when people come out forcibly saying that there is a distance between cars. I don't know if it was a car from another company, but there is a traffic light first, so watch the timing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我が家の安心安全のディラーさんです。いつも明るく元気なスタッフの対応で、気持ち良く過ごせます。店内は整理整頓されていて、清潔感があります。天井が高く広々としています。一つ難を言えばトイレが一つで男女兼用なところ。不快感は拭えません。
This is Mr. Diller, who is safe and secure at home. You can spend a pleasant time with the support of the cheerful and energetic staff. The inside of the store is tidy and clean. The ceiling is high and spacious. One difficulty is that there is only one toilet and it is unisex. The discomfort cannot be wiped out.
